Equipment: Mat, Stability Ball, Light to Medium Dumbbells, BOSU
The Core and More Workout series will challenge your entire core. The workouts are short and can be done on their own or as an add-on to a cardio or strength workout. The workouts are progressive with the first two workouts only being 15 minutes long, fairly simple and using no equipment. Equipment will be used as you progress in the workouts as well exercises will become more challenging. You will target your abdominals, obliques, glutes and low back in every workout.
