Lower Body Blast

Lower Body Blast includes 8 different workouts with 8 exercises each that will tone and strengthen the muscles of the lower body. The workouts are progressive; meaning that each workout will be slightly more challenging than the previous workout. Challenge yourself but remember to use options/ modification if necessary!
